2/15/2012 · This happens to me all the time. It’s so annoying. To fix it, I first try to weld all the other letters except for the one that disappears and then add in the last one and weld again AND/OR make it really big and weld it, it usually ends up working one way or the other.

Glad you got it figured out. Just a note, if you had to do a fuse and weld then somewhere there was an open path. By doing the fuse and weld that closed any open path and thus why it would then weld since you cannot weld an object that has an open path.
Now I let the letters touch the oval/ellipse and tried to weld everything together. The name inside the ellipse dissapears when I do that. Just for testing I let a letter stick outside of the ellipse and then when I weld that piece of the letter outside the ellipse stays visible, but everything inside the ellipse still disappears .
2/20/2018 · Weld . Weld is like glue. When you glue one item to another, they fuse together to make one item. Use Weld when you want to eliminate the cut lines between images and/or text. Like Attach, Weld keeps your project together on the canvas and when you send it to the mat to cut. Unlike Attach, there is no un- weld button. Weld is more permanent.
