If you do not submit all four forms (only need to submit one Recreation Center Waiver depending on age), properly signed, you will not be allowed to participate in the Future Cougars Embracing Diversity program or board WSU-chartered transportation. Please note that we cannot accept scanned, copied, or emailed forms as official.

You must have applied for admission to WSU by January 31st, attend the entire Future Cougars Embracing Diversity event, and enroll in a minimum of at least 12 credits per semester on the Pullman campus to receive this scholarship, beginning with the semester you were admitted for. This scholarship is a one year award, and not renewable.
